ProveIt Worker is available either as a standalone product or as an extension within our other product packages.
Using Worker is designed to be easy.
Management
The administrator creates projects, users, and teams in the system via a browser-based interface. Teams are added to projects, and these teams can then log hours for that specific project, making it visible in the mobile application as well. Users can log in to the mobile application after the administrator has added them to the system and the user has set a password via a link sent to their email.
Hour logging
In the application, the user selects the start and end times of the day and logs work and break hours for projects. From this information, the system calculates the total duration of project entries and the workday, as well as the proportion of productive work in relation to breaks. At the end of the day, the entry is marked as complete, allowing the supervisor to approve only fully completed days, thus avoiding potential changes and unnecessary hassle.
Absences
Absences can also be logged in the application and are classified with reason codes, which simplifies payroll processing and enables the smooth transfer of information to accounting.
Approval
Each employee is assigned a supervisor who sees their direct reports’ hours in a clear table. The background color indicates the day’s status: green means ready for approval, yellow means incomplete, and gray means not started.
By double-clicking a cell, the day’s entries open in chronological order with explanations. At the bottom of the view, comments can be added for payroll purposes, and the day can be approved, at which point it updates directly in the table. Mass approval is also possible by selecting the checkbox of a cell, which causes the options “Approve Days” or “Generate Report from Selected Days” to appear in the top bar.
Transfer to payroll
Approved days can be downloaded in an Excel-compatible format and sent directly to payroll. If needed, we can integrate the solution with other systems, completely eliminating manual transfer. Alternatively, you or your partner can implement this yourself using our comprehensive APIs.
As part of other ProveIt products
Work time tracking can be integrated as part of our other products. For example: Trucker Pro-In the Trucker Pro solution, input options required in the transport industry are added to the user interface. If work time tracking is linked to the Contractor Pro service designed for mobile contractors Contractor Pro -the work guidance system provides direct entries to work shifts, leaving the employee with the simple task of recording start and end times, as well as breaks.
